It seems like the hype over who wore what to what fashion show is just as important as what runway show was more fabulous and artistic! It makes sense though! So Elle chose the best dressed on NY streets during Fashion Week and I went ahead and chose my favorite looks from Elle's favorites and voila ; ) My favorite look was the high-collar lace dress. Just beautiful.
