I am . . .

A vintage junkie, a legendary vintage junkie, who tries her best to put all of her insane & illogical feelings & illusions into words. I am who I am.

I believe...

In the world we live in today, there's really no room for thoughts and beliefs. We're like fast moving machines in a race to be the best, the most powerful, the richest and the most beautiful. We want to trespass all expectations making things impossible for ourselves and for others.

You'll find that those sticking to their religious beliefs, morals, and backgrounds, those who are different from the ones that main stream media presents every day on T.V, Internet and anything under the media microscope will either be washed away, ignored or pinned for criticism. No I'm not being pessimistic and yes I know that what I'm saying doesn't go for all cases for all people in all societies but it is happening and many people are struggling because of  it.

The work industry, finding a job, getting hired, turns out it's all based on the following things no matter what anyone tells you, especially if you're a woman; What you look like, What you wear, How much of yourself you're willing to compromise and where you're from (literally).

But having said all that, I believe with all my heart and soul that if you work hard enough, hold out long enough and have faith strong enough you will eventually go to where you want to go and become what you want to be. Yes there will definitely be hundreds of people along the way telling you that you can't do it, and that you won't do it but you must, I repeat YOU MUST be the one who has complete and total faith in yourself.

It's like this really, a lot of people believe that if they can put others down then it'll be easier for them to get ahead. But I believe we can all succeed, and we can all be the best of who we are with only the help of each other. Yes a little bit of competition is healthy every now and then, but not to the extent that we try to hurt and tear down one another. We should leave that kind of thing for Hollywood movies.
