BILL BLASS : SPRING 2012 RTW
Bill Bass never seizes to WOW me with his colors, textures and gorgeous styles. The knee length sailor jacket is so original I loved it. And the black dress. . . oh the black dress oozes with grace and sexiness. Love it!
